PRODUCTS & SERVICES
BOILERS, THERMAL OIL HEATERS & HOT WATER BOILERS
We supply Steam Boilers, Thermal Oil Heaters, Hot Water Boilers & Calorifiers with all accessories required to test and commissioning the Boilers. We do all type of onsite installation including positioning, accessory installation, piping, testing, Commissioning & thermal insulation of hot pipes. We also provide boiler services including trouble shooting, Boiler overhauling, Boiler re-tubing work and boiler spare supply. We also provide water side chemical cleaning of boilers.
PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS
We Design & Manufacture plate heat exchangers either brazed type or gasket type. We install these types of equipment on-site. We also execute total piping. We carry out cleaning, servicing change of gaskets, and hydro testing.
FABRICATION & SHEET METAL SECTION
We fabricate fuel, liquid, Air storage, Receiver, Vessels, and Volume Bottle as per ASME Code. We also fabricate various mechanical items as per the requirement of customers.
AIRCONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION COILS
We have the latest machinery and tools to produce condensers, AHU, and evaporative coils for air conditioning and Refrigeration applications We make coils for air-cooled chillers, package units, split units, and window units. We make coils air handling units (AHU) and coolant cooling coils. We also make coils for refrigeration applications for such as freezers and condensing units. We use seamless copper tubes with sufficient wall thickness. We can provide Aluminum fins or coated (Hydro phobic or hydro folic) Aluminum fins or Copper Fins. We Can vary fin spacing as shown in the specification table.
STEAM COILS
For drying or space heating we make steam coils with 1/2 "and 5/8" OD seamless copper tubes with extra wall thickness to withstand the high temperature and pressure. We provide Aluminum fins. Tubes are mechanically expanded to give maximum contact between tubes & fins. We provide seamless copper or seamless CS tubes for the headers. All joints are silver brazed with a high percentage of silver to get maximum joint strength. Side frames and fan hoods are made of good quality Gl sheets to prevent corrosion from steamed environments.
Where large capacity and heavy-duty steam coils are required, we provide Carbon Steel tubes with L or G fins and tube to header joints shall be welded .

SHELL & TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS TUBE BUNDLES
We design and manufacture Shell & Tube Type Heat Exchangers as per the requirement of TEMA and ASME Code.
While designing we aim to optimize the size of the unit without sacrificing its performance. Also, the pressure drop will be kept low reducing the Pumping cost. We provide low-fin integral tubes for lube oil coolers and chiller barrels to enhance the heat transfer rate. We also provide effective turbulation to enhance heat transfer at affordable pressure drops.
We carry chemical & hydro cleaning, repair, and re-tubing of all types of Shell and Tube heat exchangers at the site and in our Factory.
FIN FAN COOLERS
Depending on the service requirements, we provide tubes with L Fins or G fins or crimped fins or wire wound fins. We provide fins made of Aluminum, Copper and Steel strips. Tube materials Shall be Carbon Steel, SS304L, SS316L, Copper, Copper Nickel ( 90:10 or 70:30), Aluminum Brass and Titanium Etc.
INTER COOLER & AFTER COOLER
FWe Design & Manufacture Shell & Tube Type Inter Cooler & After Cooler as per the requirement of TEMA and ASME Code.
INDUSTRIAL & REMOTE RADIATORS, OIL & AIR COOLERS
We are specialists in designing, fabricating, installation, and commissioning Industrial Radiators. Remote Radiators, Oil and Air Coolers with impellers, motors, and all accessories. We calculate coolant expansion and provide deaetaion to continuously separate air from the coolant system to achieve maximum cooling performance and protect the pump from cavitations.
