Air conditioning & Refrigeration Coils

We have latest machinery and tools to produce condenser and evaporative coils for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. We make coils for air cooled chillers, package units, split units and window units. We make coils for air handling units (AHU) and coolant cooling coils. We also make coils for refrigeration applications for such as freezers and condensing units, air blast coolers, we use seamless copper tube with sufficient wall thickness. We can provide Aluminum fins or coated (Hydro Phobic or Hydro Folic) Aluminum fins or copper fins.

Oil
Coolers

An oil cooler is a radiator-like component specifically designed to keep your oil cool. It consists of tubes and fins that allow for good airflow to pass through. Usually, they are placed where they can receive maximum airflow such as in front of or behind the radiator or fans. There are two basic types of oil coolers: tube and fin, and plate or stacked plate, which works the same way but employs a different architecture with more surface area.

Heating &
Steaming Network

Heat networks (also known as district heating) supply heat from a central source to consumers, via a network of underground pipes carrying hot water. Heat networks can cover a large area or even an entire city, or be fairly local supplying a small cluster of buildings. Steam is an integral part of the manufacturing and process industries throughout the world. With the ever-increasing global consumption and developments in the manufacturing sector, steam boilers have proved to be an essential asset for high-quality manufacturing and optimal productivity. Cogeneration plants are an ideal example of generating steam and electricity for saving resources and releasing less emission. It uses external mechanical energy to convert into electrical energy. Steam generated in steam boilers produces electricity through a turbine. Therefore, steam is an important factor in the processing operations as well as for power generation.

Industrial Radiators / Heat Exchangers

Industrial radiators are used across industries as heat exchangers to transfer thermal energy from one medium to another for heating and cooling. A heat exchanger is a system used to transfer heat between a source and a working fluid. Heat exchangers are used in both cooling and heating processes.[1] The fluids may be separated by a solid wall to prevent mixing or they may be in direct contact.[2] They are widely used in space heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, power stations, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, natural-gas processing, and sewage treatment.

Radiator

Radiators are heat exchangers used to transfer thermal energy from one medium to another for the purpose of cooling and heating.

Fin Fan
Coolers

A Fin Fan is a type of heat exchanger that moves air over the finned tubes of a dry cooler that hot fluid passes through. The most common way of regulating the air movement is with a variable speed fan.

Industrial
Boilers

Industrial Boilers are water-containing vessels that generate heat with the help of a fuel source. It is then transferred to various tubes connecting to the various industrial equipment. The steam energy is used for running the machinery, giving industries a cost-effective way of powering their production.

Cooling
Towers

Cooling tower is designed to remove heat from a building or facility by spraying water down through the tower to exchange heat into the inside of the building. Air comes in from the sides of the tower and passes through the falling water.
